Your order will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service. You will receive an email with tracking details upon dispatch.
International
Your order will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked International Service. You will receive an email with tracking details upon dispatch.
International Customs
International customers are responsible for any/all duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country.
Delivery Issues
Please contact us if you experience an issue with your delivery. Lost parcels need to be missing for 14 days before we can open an investigation with Royal Mail. Unfortunately we cannot refund you until Royal Mail has concluded the investigation.
