UK & International
After your items are carefully packed into a gift box and mail box your order will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked Service. You will receive an email with tracking details upon dispatch.
International Customs
International customers are responsible for any/all duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country.
Returns
As each piece is made to order unfortunately I am unable to offer returns unless the item you received is faulty.
Faulty Returns
If a fault which is not the fault of the wearer has occurred within 3 months of receiving it then a faulty return can be made. In this instance I would ask that the item be returned so we can discuss what the best course of action will be for you. Delivery charges will be refunded upon confirmation of the item being faulty.
